Does Fennwyth Ship Internationally?
Yes, Fennwyth ships to many countries internationally for an additional fee of $20 for shipping. Please note that due to high international shipping costs, all international sales are final.

Fennwyth ships to many countries worldwide. Within the United States, we offer free shipping. Internationally, we ship for an additional flat rate fee of $20 per item. Please allow 1-4 business days for handling and 3-5 business days for shipping. Tracking will be provided upon shipment.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We love our scarves and we hope that you love them too! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept all returns within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Just e-mail us at Support@Fennwyth.com and we will respond as soon as possible. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response and note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

How Fast Are Orders Processed?
Please allow 1-4 business days to process and pack your order. Once shipped, most orders within the US should arrive in 1-5 business days. All international orders should arrive in 1-3 weeks.
Are international orders subject to duty and import charges?
We ship internationally and shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes. The product pricing is exclusive of taxes. Once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.
What if I receive a damaged item, or the wrong item?
Our sincerest apologies for this! We will work as quickly as possible to resolve this issue. If you’ve received a damaged item or received the wrong item in your shipment, please contact us at email@example.com and we will resolve this immediately. To ensure we’re able to address this as quickly as possible, please include a photo in your e-mail of the damaged item.
How do I take care of my Fennwyth scarf?
We believe that product care is essential to ensuring a long life. To aid you in caring for your scarf, each order comes with a care card with further details based on the composition of your scarf. Generally though, we recommend that you hand launder with gentle detergent, spot treat any stains and store your scarf in a cool, dry place when not being worn. Additionally if your scarf has been exposed to excessive moisture, we recommend leaving it to air dry on a flat surface.
How does Fennwyth source its silk?
We believe quality begins with material and we work hard to ensure that our silk is sourced responsibly and each scarf is assembled by our hand selected artisans in Italy.
